Pedestrian Suffers Injuries after Hit by Vehicle on Marci Way in Santa Clarita

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (February 15, 2022) – One person was injured in a pedestrian accident on Marci Way in Santa Clarita on Sunday evening.
 
The accident happened just before 10:00 p.m. on February 13. According to the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station, a vehicle hit the pedestrian in the 25000 block of Marci Way. After hitting the victim, the vehicle also struck a structure in the area.
 
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene and found the pedestrian trapped under the vehicle. Firefighters extricated the victim and took them to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
The damage on the structure was considered significant enough to warrant an inspection.
