BYRON, CA (September 15, 2021) — One person was injured in a motorcycle crash at Byron Highway and Marsh Creek Road Saturday morning.
 
According to reports, the major injury crash happened around 11:21 a.m. For unknown reasons, a motorcyclist collided with another vehicle. Due to the impact, the rider was ejected off the bike and thrown down the roadway.
 
Soon after, East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to bring the rider to John Muir Medical Center while investigators canvassed the scene for information.
