SACRAMENTO, CA (November 1, 2022) – One person was critically injured in a five-vehicle accident on 80 Freeway in the North Highlands area of Sacramento on October 30.
 
According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the accident happened along the westbound freeway just west of Madison Avenue.
 
First reponders found one adult in critical condition and two minors had unspecified injuries.
 
At this time, it is unknown what caused the crash. An investigation is underway.
