Motorcyclist Injured in Accident on Civic Drive near Roy Rogers Drive [Victorville, CA]

Rider Sustains Road Rash after Crash with Car on Civic Drive in Victorville

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (April 5, 2022) – A motorcyclist was injured in a traffic accident on Civic Drive in Victorville on Saturday evening.
 
The accident happened around 5:49 p.m. on April 2 near Roy Rogers Drive. Witnesses told officers that a blue 2007 Yamaha motorcycle struck the rear passenger side of a gray 2021 Chrysler 300. The impact ejected the motorcyclist off the bike.
 
When paramedics arrived, they found the motorcyclist with a road rash along with an injury to his leg. He was alert as he was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the Chrysler remained on scene and cooperated with authorities.
 
This accident is under investigation by the Victorville Police Department.
