Michael Harvey Detained for DUI As Officers Tend to Diamond Road Broadside Accident at Mojave Drive

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (December 22, 2023) — Michael Harvey was arrested for DUI when police officers were investigating a broadside accident at Diamond Road and Mojave Drive.
 
According to reports, the initial two-vehicle crash happened around 6:55 p.m. Monday. For an unknown reason, a gray four-door sedan broadsided a blue four-door sedan on the driver’s side. As a result, two people suffered critical injuries, including one person who needed extrication.
 
Soon after, paramedics contacted two helicopters to airlift the victims from the crash site.
 
However, during the investigation, 51-year-old Michael Bruce Harvey nearly struck a deputy while driving through the scene. From there, police arrested him for DUI before they released him.
