VICTORVILLE, CA (March 2, 2023) — Paramedics brought a man to a hospital following Tuesday’s pedestrian accident on Bear Valley Road near Mall Boulevard.
 
According to Sheriff’s officials, the pedestrian accident happened around 1:08 a.m. For unknown reasons, a woman in an eastbound Toyota Prius struck a pedestrian crossing Bear Valley Road outside of a marked crosswalk.
 
Shortly after, paramedics brought the 44-year-old victim to a trauma center for treatment. Meanwhile, the 30-year-old woman stayed at the scene, near The Mall of Victor Valley, and cooperated with investigators.
