Work-Related Accident at Hogan Manufacturing Inc. in Escalon Kills Employee

 
ESCALON, CA (July 27, 2023) – A man died in a work-related accident at Hogan Manufacturing Incorporated in Escalon Monday on July 24.
 
The Escalon Fire Protection District said the victim was an employee of the company who died at one of their facilities next to the company’s main office, which is located on the 1700 block of First Street.
 
The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
 
According to the company’s website, it was founded in 1944 as a sheet metal shop and today provides full-service contract manufacturing to customers around the world, as well as designs, builds and sells a line of products under the LIFT-U brand.
 
The company is cooperating with the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health during the investigation of the death.
