RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (April 5, 2022) – A man died in a two-vehicle accident on Foothill Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga on Saturday afternoon, April 2.
 
The accident happened around 4:11 p.m. at Baker Avenue. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a red Mustang and a black Jeep collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.
 
As a result, a male occupant in one of the vehicles suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
 
The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner’s Division only identified the victim as a 35-year-old Ontario resident. They withheld his name pending family notification.
 
At this time, the exact cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
