Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Semi Truck on 91 Freeway in Riverside

 
RIVERSIDE, CA (January 21, 2024) – A man was killed in a pedestrian accident on 91 Freeway in Riverside Friday evening on January 19.
 
The fatal crash happened around 8:54 p.m. at Adams Street. According to the Riverside Fire Department, a semi truck hit the male pedestrian on the right hand shoulder of the freeway.
 
When paramedics arrived, they found the man suffering from major trauma. They attempted saving him, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The driver of the semi truck stayed on scene and cooperated with officers.
