Man Hurt in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Green Valley Road

 
SEBASTOPOL, CA (October 12, 2021) — A man was injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Green Valley Road near Thomas Road Monday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the hit-and-run crash happened around 7:00 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver heading west struck the 62-year-old Sebastopol man as he tried crossing Green Valley Road. Subsequently, the driver left the scene, leaving the victim with serious injuries.
 
Shortly after, authorities and paramedics responded and brought him to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
 
At this time, officers need any witnesses’ help to identify the hit-and-run driver in this possible red sedan. Anyone with more information should contact the CHP.
