SANTA CLARITA, CA (March 7, 2022) – A man was hurt in a bicycle accident on Bouquet Canyon Road in Santa Clarita on Sunday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 2:00 p.m. on March 6 at the intersection with Valencia Boulevard. According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the bicyclist was hit by a car in unclear circumstances.
 
When officers arrived, they found the victim sitting on the curb with his dog between his legs, just a few feet in front of his dented bicycle.
 
The bicyclist sustained minor injuries. Paramedics treated him on scene.
