INDIAN WELLS, CA (July 12, 2021) – Paramedics sent a man to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash on Fred Waring Drive on July 6.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Eldorado Drive around 2:58 PM.
 
Based on reports, one vehicle was seen traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the crash. Subsequently, it collided with three vehicles that were stopped at the red light.
 
As a result, one person sustained major injuries in the incident. Sgt. Deonna Pecoraro of the Riverside County Sheriff Department said crews extricated the man from their vehicle. Then, they transported the victim to the hospital via ground ambulance. No other injuries were reported.
