TULARE, CA (January 16, 2023) — A man died in a suspected hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Bardsley Avenue near Highway 99.
 
According to the Tulare Police Department, the fatal hit-and-run happened Wednesday. Officers reached the area of Bardsley Avenue near Highway 99 to find a man lying on the road. Telling from his injuries, police deduced that he had been hit by a vehicle that had left the scene prior.
