Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Bicycle Accident on Lankershim Boulevard in Sun Valley

 
SUN VALLEY, CA (March 20, 2023) — A man died in a hit-and-run bicycle crash on Lankershim Boulevard near Tuxford Street.
 
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the fatal hit-and-run happened around 6:20 a.m. Paramedics arrived in 8400 block of Lankershim Boulevard to find a man with fatal injuries.
 
Under unclear circumstances, a driver in a vehicle, described as a GMC truck, struck the cyclist Friday. The driver behind the wheel left the scene without helping the victim.
