Man Killed in 2-Car Crash on Avenue 120 in Tulare County

 
TULARE COUNTY, CA (April 5, 2022) — A man died in a 2-car accident on Avenue 120 at Road 80 on Sunday evening.
 
According to officers, the deadly 2-vehicle accident happened between Pixley and Tipton around 5:30 p.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a truck ran a stop sign and struck a westbound driver on Avenue 120.
 
Following the accident, the driver of the truck reportedly fled the scene.
 
Shortly after, paramedics responded and pronounced the 47-year-old man in the other vehicle deceased.
 
At this time, the identity of the driver and the circumstances of the crash need more examination. Therefore, any witnesses should contact the California Highway Patrol.
