Pedestrian Suffers Critical Injuries after Hit by Car on Hatch Road in Ceres

 
CERES, CA (February 26, 2024) – A man was critically injured in a pedestrian accident on Hatch Road in Ceres Thursday evening on February 22.
 
The accident happened around 6:36 p.m. just west of Boothe Road. According to the Ceres Police Department, the 35-year-old man was walking eastbound in the eastbound lane of Hatch Road, on the south side of the roadway, when a gray Cadillac traveling the same direction struck him.
 
The impact caused the man major injuries. Paramedics rushed him to a hospital in critical condition.
 
The driver of the Cadillac, a 37-year-old man from Ceres, stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.
