At Least One Injured in Rollover Crash on 680 Freeway [Alamo, CA]

Freeway Blocked Following Alamo Rollover Crash Near Stone Valley Road

 
ALAMO, CA (November 15, 2022) — At least one person sustained injuries in a rollover crash on 680 Freeway in Alamo on Friday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened north of Stone Valley Road at about 1:15 p.m. It involved a Nissan Pathfinder SUV and a Porsche. The Nissan reportedly rolled over to its side as a result of the impact from the crash.
 
The cause and circumstances leading up to the crash are unknown at this time. Also, there was no information immediately available as to the identity of the injured party/parties. However, the investigation is ongoing.
 
Meanwhile, lanes 1 and 2 of the northbound 680 Freeway closed due to the crash. The said lanes reopened at about 2:55 p.m. after the emergency response and investigation at the scene.
