Alcohol and driving combined are a recipe for disaster. Rather than consuming alcohol before driving, make better plans. Call a taxi or schedule a ride with a friend if you have plans to drink. Drinking compromises your judgment and slows down your response rate. You need to respond quickly when on the road just in case of emergencies occur.
