John Sellers Dies in 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 126 near Hobson Road

 
SANTA PAULA, CA (December 15, 2023) — John Sellers died in a 2-car accident on Highway 126 near Hobson Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly two-vehicle crash happened around 5:34 a.m. Thursday. For an unknown reason, a driver of a silver Toyota Prius pulled out of a private driveway and into the path of an oncoming 2017 Jeep Compass. Subsequently, the eastbound Jeep collided with the Prius in the No. 1 lane on the eastbound highway.
 
Shortly after, paramedics reached the scene and extricated 60-year-old John Sellers from the Jeep before rushing him to Ventura County Medical Center, where he passed away from his injuries. The 31-year-old Toyota Prius driver stayed at the scene of the crash.
