Girl Suffers Injuries after Hit by Car at 9th Avenue and Cherry Street

 
OAKLAND, CA (October 25, 2021) – A girl was injured in a pedestrian accident at 98th Avenue and Cherry Street in Oakland on Wednesday, October 13.
 
The accident happened just before 8:00 a.m. near Elmhurst Middle School. According to the Oakland Police Department, the girl was walking in the area when a car hit her.
 
The girl’s parents then rushed her to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
 
It is unknown if the driver of the car has stayed or fled after the crash.
