Two Cars Collide on Carroll Canyon Road in Miramar Badly Injuring Four People

 
MIRAMAR, CA (August 5, 2024) – Four people were seriously injured in a two-car accident on Carroll Canyon Road in Miramar Friday afternoon on August 2.
 
According to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department, an SUV and a small sedan collided around 1:30 p.m. in unclear circumstances.
 
First responders found four people trapped inside one of the cars. After extrication, they took all four patients to Scripps Memorial Hospital for treatment of major injuries.
 
San Diego Police are still trying to determine whether drugs or alcohol contributed to the crash. Further investigation is underway.
