LANCASTER, CA (August 5, 2024) — One person died in a pedestrian accident on the 14 Freeway near Lancaster Boulevard.
 
The fatal pedestrian accident happened around 10:10 p.m. Saturday. Under unclear circumstances, multiple cars struck a pedestrian on the Antelope Valley Freeway in Lancaster. Shortly after, authorities and paramedics responded to the scene, west of Lancaster Boulevard, to find the victim with fatal injuries.
