Edgar Castillo Dead, Jose Hernandez Hospitalized in Overturned Car Crash on Mountain View Road near Manchester

 
MENDOCINO COUNTY, CA (January 10, 2023) — Edgar Castillo died in an overturned car accident on Mountain View Road near Manchester.
 
According to reports, the fatal single-car crash happened on January 7 around 7:45 a.m. Castillo was driving a utility truck when it reportedly careered off Mountain View Road, overturned and came to rest down a roadside embankment.
 
The 37-year-old suffered fatal injuries, and his passenger, Jose Hernandez, suffered major wounds, requiring hospital care at Sonoma County Hospital.
 
The pair, working for Mountain F Enterprises, was contracted with PG&E to offer vegetation management in the county.
