Delores Natalia Killed in Rollover Accident on Rawhide Road [Sonora, CA]

Rollover Crash on Rawhide Road in Sonora Kills Driver and Injures Passenger

 
SONORA, CA (November 21, 2023) – Delores Natalia was killed in a rollover accident in Sonora Saturday afternoon on November 18.
 
The fatal accident happened around 2:40 p.m. on Rawhide Road, just north of Rimrock Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, Natalia was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer northbound when it left the roadway, hit an embankment and overturned.
 
First responders attempted life-saving effort on Natalia, but she died at the scene. She was a 66-year-old Sonora resident.
 
Natalia’s passenger, a 91-year-old Dolly Harvey, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a hospital.
 
Officers said Natalia was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the SUV. The Trailblazer came to a rest on its roof.
 
It is unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol was a factor in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
