Curt Conner Dies in Rollover Accident on Highway 3 in Hayfork

 
HAYFORK, CA (August 16, 2021) – Police identified Curt Conner as the victim who died in a car accident on Highway 3 on August 12.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Rourke Ranch Road around 10:19 PM.
 
Based on reports, the victim was driving his Dodge southbound prior to the crash. As he reached a curve, he was unable to negotiate and the vehicle ran off the roadway to the left and crashed into an embankment. Then, the vehicle redirected to the right while overturning onto its roof and landed upon its wheels.
 
The victim was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. As a result, he died in the incident. Officials identified him as Curt Conner, 57, from Hayfork.
 
At this point, this accident on Highway 3 is still under investigation.
