EUREKA, CA (February 24, 2023) — A car sustained roof damage in a rollover accident on Henderson Street near Ocean Avenue.
 
According to reports, the single-car accident happened near the Eureka Mall and Happy Donuts around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday. For unknown reasons, a driver of a silver Jeep Cherokee lost control and crashed, causing the car to roll over on top of its roof. One person declined medical treatment; although, officials did not say what kind of injuries if any the person sustained.
 
The crash did leave a fence seriously damaged and firefighters and crews blocking one lane.
