Bert Rodriguez Killed in Accident on La Cadena Drive and De Berry Street [Colton, CA]

Two-Vehicle Accident at La Cadena Drive and De Berry Street Kills 1 Driver

 
COLTON, CA (May 16, 2022) – Bert Gallardo Rodriguez was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Colton Friday on May 6.
 
The accident happened around 4:25 p.m. at the intersection of La Cadena Drive and De Berry Street. Police said Rodriguez was driving a pickup truck when he collided with another vehicle.
 
The impact caused Rodriguez fatal injuries and he died at the scene. He was a 58-year-old Colton resident, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner’s Division.
 
It is unclear if the other driver was injured. It is also unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
 
No other information available at this time. This fatal crash is still under investigation by the Colton Police Department.
