Two Vehicles Collide on Highway 26 in Jenny Lind Injuring One Driver

 
JENNY LIND, CA (November 21, 2022)Anthony Baker was hurt in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 26 in Jenny Lind Thursday on November 17.
 
The accident happened around 7:25 a.m. at Shelton Road. According to the CHP, 43-year-old Matthew Watson of Sacramento was driving a 2012 Volvo S60 northbound on Shelton Road. He turned left onto the highway in front of a 2003 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, driven by Baker, a 41-year-old Valley Springs resident.
 
The Volvo collided with the Tacoma, causing the pickup truck to flip on its side.
 
Baker sustained injuries from the crash.
 
Is is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the accident.
