Ann Halley Detained in DUI, Hit-and-Run Accident near Mountain View Avenue and Petaluma Boulevard

 
PETALUMA, CA (November 7, 2022) — Ann Halley faces charges in a DUI hit-and-run crash on Mountain View Avenue and Petaluma Boulevard.
 
According to Petaluma Police Officers, the DUI accident happened around 7:19 p.m. on Thursday. Upon responding to the scene, officers spoke to concerned citizens and learned about the suspect’s vehicle and its location.
 
Subsequently, officers pulled over a vehicle on I Street and identified 65-year-old Halley as the driver responsible for hitting the cars.
 
Officers arrested the Petaluma woman on suspicion of DUI, hit-and-run, and probation violation.
