9-Year-Old Boy Involved in Vehicle and Bicycle Accident on Webster Avenue in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 22, 2022) – A 9-year-old boy suffered serious injuries in a bicycle accident in the 3500 block of Webster Avenue on August 21.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 3:10 PM.
Based on reports, the boy was riding his bicycle without wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. As he exited the alley, he collided with a 2021 Nissan Sentra.
As a result, the San Diego Police said the victim suffered major injuries in the incident. It left the boy with multiple fractures, a concussion and a laceration to the face.
The 27- year-old woman in the Nissan was not hurt in the incident.
