ROSEMEAD, CA (January 13, 2025) — Wei Bao died in a pedestrian accident near San Gabriel Boulevard and Delta Street Saturday night.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly pedestrian accident happened around 6:05 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver of a white Honda Accord struck 84-year-old Bao at San Gabriel Boulevard and Delta Street. Subsequently, Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics arrived in the unincorporated area of Rosemead to perform CPR on the gravely injured pedestrian. However, efforts fell short, and 84-year-old Bao passed away from his injuries.
 
Reports did not clearly say if the driver stopped at the scene. If anyone has more to add to this accident, contact local police.
