Pedestrian John Jordan Hit, Killed by Driver on 6th Street at San Jacinto Avenue
SAN JACINTO, CA (November 6, 2023) — John Jordan died in a pedestrian accident on 6th Street at San Jacinto Avenue.
According to the Riverside Sheriff’s Coroner’s Bureau, 74-year-old John Jordan passed away two weeks after the accident.
Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck Jordan, who was crossing in an unmarked, uncontrolled intersection around 8:30 p.m. on October 16. Moments later, deputies arrived to find Jordan unresponsive in the middle of the intersection. Subsequently, Cal Fire rendered life-saving measures and airlifted him to Riverside University Health Systems Medical Center.
However, two weeks later, the San Jacinto man died from his injuries.
