Car Crashes into Children’s Dental Office on South Vermont Avenue in South LA Injuring Three People

 
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CA (October 21, 2023) – Three people were hospitalized after a car crashed into a children’s dental office on South Vermont Avenue in South Los Angeles Thursday afternoon.
 
The crash happened around 4:35 p.m. on October 19, just north of Slauson Avenue. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, a silver sedan crashed into the one-story office of Amor Dentistry for unknown reasons.
 
First responders rushed three people to the hospital, two were inside of the vehicle and the other was a patient at the dentist’s office. All of the victims remain in unknown condition. At least one of the patients was a juvenile.
 
The driver of the sedan was taken into custody after initially running from the scene.
 
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
