3 Killed in 2-Car Accident on 5 Freeway

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (June 18, 2021) — Three people died in a 2-car crash on the 5 Freeway near the Fresno-Coalinga off-ramp.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involved two vehicles. Under unknown circumstances, the two cars crashed and one of the cars caught on fire and exploded.
 
As a result, three people inside one of the vehicles died in the accident. At this point, their identities and how the vehicles crashed require further investigation.
