2 Juveniles Detained After Stolen Vehicle Crash at Cinema Drive in Santa Clarita

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (February 29, 2024) — Two teens were arrested in a stolen car crash at Cinema Drive and Valencia Boulevard.
 
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, the single-car crash happened Monday afternoon. Upon receiving a report about a stolen vehicle, Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies tried pulling over a black Mercedes-Benz SUV that matched the license plate number. However, the SUV driver did not stop. Subsequently, the vehicle crashed at the intersection of Cinema Drive and Valencia Boulevard, and two people left, abandoning the car.
 
After setting up a containment, deputies arrested both juvenile individuals and took them into custody.
 
Fortunately, no one reported any injuries in the accident.
