2 Hurt in DUI Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 63 in Tulare County
TULARE COUNTY, CA (August 8, 2023) — Two people suffered injuries in a DUI three-car accident on Highway 63 near Avenue 392.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-car accident happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday. For DUI reasons, a driver crossed into opposite traffic.
As a result, the driver hit two cars head-on.
Soon after, paramedics arrived and transported the DUI driver and a second driver to a nearby hospital for care. Authorities learned that DUI contributed to the collision. However, if anyone has additional insight, please call the CHP.
