2 Hospitalized, Vehicle Hits Wall at Bushard Street in Huntington Beach

 
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (January 12, 2024) — Two people were injured after a car crashed into a wall at Bushard Street and Hamilton Avenue.
 
According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, the single-car crash happened around 7:15 p.m. on January 5. For possible speed-related reasons, a driver lost control and crashed the car into a brick wall. Soon after, the Huntington Beach Police Department and firefighters arrived to find the vehicle wedged between the wall and a pole, with two occupants trapped inside.
 
Upon assessing the pair of victims, paramedics contacted a helicopter to airlift the driver out of the scene to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. The second occupant also received hospital care.
