3 Vehicles Collide on 15 Freeway in Mountain Pass Sending 2 People to Hospital

 
MOUNTAIN PASS, CA (April 12, 2023) – Two people were hospitalized in a multiple-vehicle accident on 15 Freeway in Mountain Pass Saturday morning.
 
The accident happened around 10:39 a.m. on April 8, about two miles before the Nipton Road exit. According to the California Highway Patrol, was a silver Kia Soul, a Nissan Armada, and a sliver Honda CRV collided along the northbound lanes of the freeway. The impact caused the Honda to flip on its side, blocking the fast lane.
 
First responders transported two people to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
 
No addition information was available at this time. The California Highway Patrol Barstow Office is handling the investigation.
