Elderly Couple Hospitalized After Vehicle Crashes into Urgent Care on Floral Avenue

 
SELMA, CA (May 19, 2023) — Two elders were injured after a car crashed into an urgent care center on Floral Avenue near Highway 99.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol officers, the accident happened around 11:00 p.m. Wednesday. For an unknown reason, a truck carrying a pair of elders drove through a fence near Habit Burger Restaurant and a drive-thru area before hitting a curb and going airborne. Subsequently, their vehicle struck a shopping center sign and crashed into the Baz Allergy and Premium Urgent Care.
 
Moments later, paramedics reached the scene and brought the two elderly couple to a hospital with major injuries. No one else reported any injuries.
