2 Die in Multi-Car Crash near Hallmark Drive in Sacramento

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (October 17, 2022) — Two people died in a multi-car accident near Hallmark Drive and Howe Avenue on Sunday.
 
According to Metro Fire tweets, the fatal five-vehicle accident happened around 10:00 a.m. Upon responding, firefighters found several vehicles with considerable damage. Near the Arden Fair area of Sacramento, five cars crashed.
 
Paramedics brought four patients to an area hospital in unknown conditions. Three people were released at the scene, but two people died from their major injuries at the crash site.
 
Authorities have not released the ultimate cause of the crash or how the accident took place. Although, if anyone has seen this accident and would like to help investigators, please call the California Highway Patrol.
