Two Vehicles Collide on Twin Cities Road in Sacramento County Injuring Nearly a Dozen People

 
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (July 31, 2023) – Eleven people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Twin Cities Road in Sacramento County Friday afternoon on July 28.
 
The accident happened around 2:30 p.m. near the northbound 5 Freeway on-ramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, a sedan broadsided an SUV for unknown reasons.
 
When officers arrived, they found a total of eleven patients, including juveniles. Three of the patients suffered major injuries.
 
Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
