Pedestrian Killed in Lincoln Avenue Accident in Santa Ana

 
SANTA ANA, CA (February 26, 2024) — One person died in a pedestrian accident at Lincoln Avenue and Berkeley Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian accident happened on February 23 around 6:40 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, an unknown vehicle struck one person near the intersection. Shortly after, Orange Police officers responded and closed Lincoln Avenue between Batavia and Glassell in both directions for the investigation.
 
Tragically, the pedestrian passed away from severe injuries. Officials did not release the person’s name. In addition, investigators did not provide information on the vehicle or driver involved.
