CHICO, CA (April 4, 2023) — A man was injured in a bicycle accident on Nord Avenue near Lindo Avenue Monday morning.
 
According to Chico police officers, the man was biking southbound on Nord Avenue. He subsequently turned eastbound on West Lindo Avenue around 8:00 a.m. when a northbound car struck him.
 
Soon after, paramedics arrived and took him to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene for the investigation, which proved that impairment on the driver’s part did not factor into the cause.
