1 Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Avenue 328 in Visalia

 
VISALIA, CA (August 4, 2023) — One person died in a motorcycle accident on Avenue 328 at Road 112.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly motorcycle accident happened around 10:13 p.m. Wednesday. For an unknown reason, a 38-year-old Visalia man did not see a westbound Honda motorcyclist traveling on Avenue 328. Subsequently, the man turned northbound on Road 112, causing the Honda motorcycle to strike the driver’s Dodge on the right side.
 
As a result of the impact, the 55-year-old motorcyclist was ejected. Paramedics took the rider to a hospital, where he later passed away.
 
At this time, traffic investigators ruled out alcohol and drugs as contributing factors to the collision. However, the California Highway Patrol will investigate this case further to identify other factors.
