Two Vehicles Collide on Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point Injuring 3 People

 
DANA POINT, CA (May 1, 2023) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point early Saturday morning on April 29.
 
The accident happened just after midnight near Beach Road. According to the Orange County Fire Authority, two vehicles collided, one of them caught fire and the other overturned on its side.
 
Deputies pulled out the sole occupant inside the fiery vehicle. Firefighters extricated two people, a man and a woman in their 30s, from the overturned vehicle.
 
Paramedics took the three victims to Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo for treatment of moderate to major injruries.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
