CHICO, CA (February 23, 2023) — A woman was injured following a car accident with a school bus on East Avenue at Cohasset Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened Tuesday morning. Under unclear circumstances, a woman in an SUV heading westbound on East Avenue collided with a Chico Unified School Bus heading southbound on Cohasset Road.
 
The woman suffered minor injuries in the accident while a student and the bus driver onboard the bus dodged injury.
