Ramzey Alam Dies in Head-On Crash on Highway 12 near Jackson Slough Road

 
SOLANO COUNTY, CA (November 10, 2022) — Ramzey Alam died in a head-on accident on Highway 12 near Jackson Slough Road.
 
According to reports, the two-vehicle crash happened around 4:58 a.m. on October 30. For unknown reasons, a driver in a Chevrolet pickup truck collided with Alam’s eastbound Ford sedan.
 
Reports noted that the 34-year-old Oakley man was on his way to work as a law enforcement officer when the accident occurred. Due to the accident, Alam suffered blunt-force injuries to his head and was brought to North Bay Medical Center. He died on November 3 at Fairfield Hospital.
 
As for the other driver, he or she suffered minor injuries. Reports did not specify the leading cause of the accident, but anyone who has more information and who can help the California Highway Patrol, please contact the department.
