Car Crashes Head-On into Dump Truck on Highway 20 in Williams Killing at Least One

 
WILLIAMS, CA (August 14, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a head-on accident on Highway 20 in the Williams area of Colusa County on Friday morning, August 12.
 
The accident happened around 6:41 a.m. just west of Walnut Drive. According to the California Highway Patrol, a Honda Fit crashed head-on into a dump truck pulling a trailer.
 
When officers arrived, they found at least one fatality as a result of the crash.
 
The name, age and hometown of the victim were not immediately available.
 
The exact cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
