Morning Deadly Crash on 405 Freeway in Irvine Involves 3 Vehicles

 
IRVINE, CA (August 14, 2022) – A man was killed in a multi-vehicle accident on 405 Freeway in Irvine on Saturday, August 13.
 
The accident happened around 5:30 a.m. along the northbound lanes of the freeway at Jeffrey Road. According to the Irvine Police Department, three vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
 
Firefighters and paramedics responded and found one male occupant with fatal injuries. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
At this time, the identity of the victim was not immediately available.
