Two Cars Collide on Garden Highway in Sacramento, Man and Woman Killed

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (August 9, 2022) – Two people died and two others were injured after a two-car accident on Garden Highway in Sacramento early Sunday morning on August 7.
 
The accident happened around 12:48 a.m. at Northgate Boulevard. According to the Sacramento Police Department, two cars collided in the area for unknown reasons.
 
Responding fire officials pronounced an adult man and woman dead at the scene. They said the woman who died was a passenger in one of the cars.
 
Paramedics transported two other people to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
At this time, no arrests have been made and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
